How to get started
Here’s my process, in a nutshell:
Project/Once-Off Consultation
Send an email or schedule a phone call so we can discuss the core project requirements and ideal timeline.
After our call, I will develop a detailed proposal with my recommendations and explaining my processes, together with an itimised quote. If you have questions or changes, we’ll discuss them on the phone (if time allows) and confirm final details through email.
Once you’ve accepted the proposal and quote, with confirmation via email, the first/full payment is due before work can commence.
Throughout each project or consultation you will be kept updated regularly. I am available for questions or input on email and WhatsApp daily, or as needed. Each project includes a certain a number of revisions. I will need you to review and approve all assets and deliverables before project signoff or go live.
You will receive access to final approved deliverables/assets once any outstanding invoices are settled. This includes editable/raw files where relevant. If you need changes or alterations after final signoff/go live, these are billed for separately.
Retainer/Contract
Send an email or schedule a phone call so we can discuss your core business requirements and when you’d want to get started.
At a time convenient to us both, we’ll have a phone/video chat about your business support needs. We can talk about where you may feel over-extended, how I can help you bridge the gap and focus on your core priorities, and whether we’d be a good fit to work together.
You will receive a personalized detailed strategy and/or proposal document with my recommendations and processes, together with an itimised quote. If you have questions or changes, we’ll discuss on the phone (if time allows) and finalize details in an email.

Throughout our time working together, I will keep in close contact with you. You are welcome to send me questions or input in email or on WhatsApp daily, or as needed. We will decide on a set number of hours that I’d be available to you each month, with a detailed list and descriptions of priorities that I’ll be responsible for during that time.
If you require any changes to my list of priorities, this needs to be communicated at least 7 days in advance. If you need a contract/retainer cancellation or reduction of hours, notice should be sent through email 30 days in advance. If an urgent unavoidable change is needed, we can discuss the details on a phone call.
